PSYCHOMETRY TAUGHT BY PAMELA MARAVILLA SAMUELSON
Psychometry, from the Greek psukhē (“spirit, soul”) and metron (“measure”) is a form of extrasensory perception characterized by the ability to intuitively derive information about an object’s history and that of the object’s owners through contact with that object. It is used extensively across a huge spectrum of applications, from the perception and processing of a client’s history in therapy to the solving of ‘unsolvable’ crimes by Scotland Yard and other agencies throughout the world.
As a technique for developing right-hemisphere, intuitive awareness, psychometry is an invaluable way of ‘tuning the radio’ of perception, in that it provides a concrete opportunity to open the senses to encounter an unknown object – and then to check one’s impressions for accuracy against the known history of that object from the owner!
Your Teacher is Pamela Maravilla Samuelson who first began to practice psychometry under Hugh Milne as a central aspect of her training in Visionary Craniosacral therapy, and found it to be an amazing method of isolating and rapidly expanding intuitive facility. She has studied meditation and healing extensively all over the planet, regularly facilitates radical learning experiences for people of all ages, and has been a bodyworker in private practice for 13 years.
TO ATTEND THE PSYCHOMETRY SUNDAY SCHOOL, PLEASE BRING WITH YOU:
1) One object no bigger than the palm of your hand which you clearly know the history of. Objects with a significant emotional history are the most potent and give the clearest impressions, and ones made of wood, stone, and metal are easiest to read. Heirlooms are ideal.
2) One photograph which you clearly know the history of. PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTS, i.e. ‘real photos’, are vastly preferable to computer paper print-outs.
